Throughout these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), the terms “FreeWink,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to HONG KONG NEWBEST TRADING LIMITED.

By accessing our website, purchasing a product, creating an account, communicating with us, or otherwise using our website and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SERVICES

By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or are using the Services with the authorization of a person who has such legal capacity.

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You must not interfere with the security, integrity, performance, or operation of our website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or customer information.

Product performance, including travel range, speed, charging time, climbing performance, and battery life, may vary depending on factors including rider weight, terrain, temperature, battery condition, riding style, tire condition, speed, incline, and other operating conditions.

You are responsible for reviewing the product specifications, dimensions, intended use, user manual, and safety information before use.

3. MOBILITY AND SAFETY INFORMATION

FreeWink products include mobility scooters, powered mobility products, walkers, wheelchairs, and related equipment.

You must use products in accordance with the applicable user manual, safety instructions, operating limitations, and warnings.

Users should consider their own physical condition, balance, judgment, mobility needs, and ability to safely operate the product.

Where appropriate, consult a qualified medical or mobility professional before using a mobility product.

Do not exceed published weight, incline, environmental, charging, or operating limitations.

4. TRAVEL, AIRLINES, CRUISES, AND TRANSPORTATION

Some FreeWink products are designed with travel and portability in mind.

Airline, cruise-line, rail, transit, and other transportation-provider policies can differ and may change.

Customers are responsible for confirming current requirements directly with the relevant transportation provider before traveling, particularly requirements concerning lithium batteries, mobility devices, dimensions, weight, packaging, and advance notification.

A product's suitability for travel does not guarantee acceptance by every carrier on every route.

5. ORDERS

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is current, complete, and accurate.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

We reserve the right, where permitted by applicable law, to reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:

  • Pricing or listing errors.

  • Suspected fraud.

  • Payment authorization problems.

  • Product unavailability.

  • Shipping restrictions.

  • Duplicate or obviously erroneous orders.

  • Violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs charges, duties, or other fees may be displayed separately where applicable.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process amounts due for your order.

Prices and promotions may change, but changes will not retroactively alter an order already accepted by us except where required to correct an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

We may make third-party financing or installment-payment options available to eligible customers.

Financing or installment services are provided by independent third-party providers and may be subject to:

  • Fees, interest, or other charges disclosed by the provider.

Availability of a financing option on our website does not guarantee approval.

FreeWink does not control the independent approval, credit, or underwriting decisions of third-party financing providers.

Where you use such a service, your financing relationship may also be governed by a separate agreement between you and the financing provider.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, address problems, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply where permitted by law.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Our standard eligible return period is 30 days after receipt, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

For change-of-mind returns, including where a customer no longer wants the product or ordered the wrong product or model, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Where a return results from a verified product defect, shipping damage, or our fulfillment error, FreeWink will be responsible for reasonable authorized return shipping costs.

Customers must contact us and obtain return instructions before sending a product to a return facility.

10. WARRANTIES

Where a FreeWink product is sold with a stated manufacturer's or seller's warranty, the applicable warranty period and coverage are those disclosed on the product page, warranty documentation, or other written materials supplied with the product.

Warranty coverage does not generally extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, improper charging, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, ordinary wear and tear, or other excluded circumstances stated in the applicable warranty terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with independent third parties, including:

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or jurisdictional rights that apply to you under applicable law, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or purchases made through FreeWink.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
